Registered Limited Warranty terms are available if the product is registered

within 60 days of installation. Registration can be completed online or by

phone. If the product is not registered within 60 days of installation, Trane’s

Base Limited Warranty terms will apply. For complete, detailed information

MANUFACTURERS LIMITED WARRANTY

Warranty terms vary depending on which Trane product you own, but here is an overview of what is covered:

 

• Air conditioners compressor, outdoor coil, internal functional parts

• Heat pumps compressor, outdoor coil, internal functional parts

• Furnaces heat exchanger, internal functional parts

• Coils internal functional parts

• All-in-One Systems heat exchanger (where applicable), compressor, coil, internal functional parts

• Air Handlers internal functional parts

• Air Cleaners internal functional parts (excludes filters)

• Humidifiers internal functional parts

• Controls and Thermostats internal functional parts

Optional Extended Warranties are available. Extended Warranties can pay for labor and other costs not covered by manufacturer's limited warranty.

 

OPTIONAL EXTENDED WARRANTY

 

For owners looking for a little extra security, Trane offers Optional Extended Warranties to give you years of protection long after your system has been installed. If you didn’t purchase an optional extended warranty when you bought your system, it’s not too late. Extended warranties can still be purchased for units or systems less than five (5) years old.*

 

An extended warranty protects your investment and gives you peace of mind for the long run. If you didn’t purchase an optional extended warranty when you bought your system, it’s not too late. If you currently have an optional extended warranty and require service, just call the dealer listed on your agreement and he’ll take care of you. If you are unable to contact your assigned servicer, call any Trane dealer listed under the Trane listing in your local Yellow Pages or use our dealer locator for assistance.

 

The Trane Extended Warranty coverage includes:

 

1. Option to purchase coverage in five (5)- or ten (10)-year increments* to cover parts only or

parts and labor for the duration of the agreement. The option to purchase coverage on equipment

that has been installed for less than 5 years is also available. Some restrictions apply.

 

2. Fully transferable to the new owner if property is sold.

 

3. Built-in product replacement advantage
